Sledding!

Today we celebrated Ty's 3rd Birthday! We started off the day by taking him sledding which he absolutely loved!

Sunday, 2-10-08

Today was actually Ty's 3rd Birthday, but we are going to have his party this coming Tuesday. We tried to still make today special for him...he woke up to mommy and daddy singing to him (I don't know how special that was) but he was excited because it was his birthday! After church we took him to Crackel Barrell for his favorite meal chicken and ocra...yes ocra is his favorite! Everyone at Crackel Barrel sang to him and they brought him a brownie and icecream. After the evening service they had a party for all the January and Feburary birthday's so Ty thought they had a big party for him! We we got home Aunt Chris, and mawmaw and pawpaw, Uncle Ja, cousin Emily and cousin Maegan called to wish him a Happy Birthday! Everytime someone would say Happy Birthday to him he would say Happy Birthday to you too! It was adorable. Well, before he went to bed we let him open two presents...he got needed brown shoes and a coat....he loved them both and actually wore them to bed!

Isn't he so handsome?! I love our little man...this was taken on Super Bowl Sunday...Pastor asked him if he was going to go home and watch the Super Bowl and said No my not! My watch football with my daddy! It was so funny! By the way I have to insert that was the most exciting game and hurray for the giants is how Ty puts it!

Ty and Addalyn

Let me just say I have been blessed with the most adorable kids! They are so much fun and I love being their mom!! God is so good to Tyler and I we are so thankful for the chance to be their parents...they are the best! I came into Addalyn's room and Ty had found a toy to stand on so he could reach his sister...it was so sweet! They love each other so much...matter of fact if Ty is asleep Addie goes knocking on his door saying, "Hey Ty", and if Addie is asleep Ty can't wait until she wakes up...it's so cute.

New Neighbors!

This past week Tyler and I welcomed our new neighbors into our neighborhood...I made a cookies and homemade perserves! They have two children and I have a planned play date for next week for the them to play together. They already attend another church, but I'm still thankful for the opportunity to meet someone new...and just because they go to church doesn't mean that they are saved, so I'm praying we can be a testimony and if they are not saved that they will get saved!
